Privacy Policy

The short version: We collect the minimum data needed to run the service, encrypt your brokerage credentials, never sell your data, and never use your trading activity to train AI models.

1. Information we collect

Account information: email address and authentication details you provide at signup.
Brokerage credentials: API keys you choose to connect (Alpaca, Robinhood). These are encrypted at rest and used only to execute the actions you authorize.
Usage data: strategies you build, backtests you run, bots you configure, and feature usage — used to operate and improve the service.
Technical data: device, browser, and log data for security and debugging.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to provide the service: authenticating you, connecting to your brokerages at your direction, running your strategies, processing subscriptions, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your trading activity, strategies, or account data to train AI models.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. Brokerage API keys are encrypted at rest, and all data in transit uses TLS. While we apply industry-standard protections, no system is perfectly secure, and you should use strong, unique credentials.

4. Third-party services

We rely on third parties to operate the platform, including AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI), payment processing (Stripe), database hosting (Supabase), and the brokerages you connect. Each processes data under its own policies and only as needed to provide its service. When you ask the AI assistant a question, the content of that question is sent to the relevant AI provider to generate a response.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems, subject to retention required by law (for example, billing records). Note that data already transmitted to your connected brokerages is governed by their policies.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
